Orders

From the Orders page in the app, you can see all of your orders and the basic information for each including the customer's name, status, payment amount, order number and date.

To see an order in more detail, click the order you want to view.  This opens a new page in the app with all the information associated with the transaction.

Pro If you have the Reporting Pro module for iThemes Sales Accelerator, you can search your orders from this screen as well.

General

On the General screen, you can see all items in the purchase, the amount paid for each item and the status of the transaction.

Change Order Status Pro

On this same screen, you can change the status of the transaction.

Billing

On the Billing screen, you'll find all the customer's billing and shipping information.

Total

On the Total screen, you'll find a complete breakdown of the purchase.  This includes discount amounts, the shipping cost, any amount refunded and the order total.

Notes

The Notes screen shows any notes associated with the transaction.

From here, you can also create new notes.  

To create a new note, click the plus icon at the bottom right of your screen.

This opens a new window where you can create your note and determine if it is a Public or Private note.

The new note that you created will now show on the Notes screen in the app.
