Customer Order Notes

The Customer Order Notes add-on allows your customers to add notes about their purchase to the transaction.

When checking out, the customer can click Edit by the Order Note option.

This will open a form where they can add their note.

This note will show for the store owner in the Payment Details page of the transaction in the activity feed.

In Exchange > Settings > Email Settings, you can also add the Order Note to the Sales Notification and Sales Receipt emails.
