Internal Order Notes

Internal Order Notes allows you to review the activity of your payments in Exchange, including payment status changes, renewals and notes.


 The notes you add to the payment can either just be seen on the Payment Details page or you have the option to notify the customer.

If you opt to notify the customer of the note, they will receive an email with information about the order and the note that you created.
